The Novelli Family is a great example of what owning property in the Southern Tier is all about! Mike bought his property and gradually, little by little converted his rural property into a family destination. When I stop in to visit he always has his girls, dog or friends at camp, just enjoying each other. He has a beautiful little cabin, fields and woods for ATVing, hunting and relaxing. I’d bet it won’t be long until I see a pond for his kids to fish in.
